Strips of boneless and skinless chicken breasts will be cut into strips. Then, they are grilled to crisp the outside while the inside will remain juicy. However, the breasts need to be soaked in a milk-based dressing, which is then combined with hot sauce and dill pickle juice. You won't need to marinate for more than 20 minutes in order to prepare this meal and cook it. So, no excuses! It's time to let your inner-kid out and enjoy delicious grilled chicken tenders.

What you'll require

What will you need to make it possible? There are other ingredients that you need, aside from the chicken. Before you get to the grill.

Chicken: Make chicken strips using boneless, skinless chicken breasts.

Pickle Juice. A small amount of dill-pickle juice gives the marinade a wonderful, tangy flavour.

Milk: I typically use 1 or 2.2% milk. However, you may use any kind of milk that suits your needs.

Hot Sauce: To add heat to chicken! You don't have to be a fan of spice.

How to Grill Chicken Tenders

Once you've got the ingredients in place, let's start to make these grilled chicken tenders. It will not take much time as I have already said. First, cut the chicken. Next, let the marinade sit for a while before you season the chicken. Finally, place the chicken on the grill.

You can cut the Chicken into strips. Then, place them in large zip-top bags.

Marinade: Mix the pickle juice with the milk and hot sauce. Seal the bag and press down on the ingredients to coat the chicken. Allow the chicken for 2 hours to marinate.

Season the Chicken. Take the chicken out from the marinade. In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper garlic powder, celery salt, and paprika. Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly on both sides.

Grill the Chicken. Place the tenders on the grill and cook for 3 minutes per side.

How long does it take for chicken to be grilled?

Grilling these chicken tenders takes up to 10 mins, depending on the temperature of your grill. It takes me about 6 to 7 minutes to grill the chicken tenders. I prefer to cook each side for 3 minutes. However, this number can change. If you slice into a tender, and it is still too pink to your liking, then cook it for longer.

What is the Internal Tempe for Doneness

Test the chicken's internal temperature to find out if it has reached its desired temperature. Before you remove the chicken from the grill, it should have reached an internal temperature of 165°F. A meat thermometer will tell you if your tenders have reached that temperature.
