You will cut the breasts from boneless, skinless poultry into strips. Once the strips are cut, grill them until they become crispy on both the outside and the inside. To prepare them for grilling, they are soaked in a milk based marinade. The marinade is combined with hot and dill pickle cider, as well as various spices. This recipe will only take 20 minutes to prepare. So, no excuses! Grilled chicken tenders are a great way to satisfy your inner-kid.

What You Will Need

What other ingredients will you need in order to make this dish possible? It's not just the chicken that you need. There are also a few other essentials you should have before you set up your grill.

Chicken: You can cut chicken strips from boneless skinless chicken breasts.

Pickle Juice. Add a bit of dillpickle to your marinade for a delicious, tangy taste.

Milk: I prefer 1 or 2% milk but will accept any other kind.

Hot Sauce: To spice up the chicken. If you aren’t a big fan spice, you can skip this.

Spices/Seasoning

How to grill chicken tenders

Now that we have all the ingredients, let us get started on making these grilled tenders. It won't take you long to make these grilled chicken tenders, as I mentioned earlier. First, slice the chicken. Next, marinate it for a few minutes. Season it then and put it on a grill.

Slice the Chicken into strips. Place them in a large zip top bag.

Marinade: Put the pickle juice (milk) and hot sauce into a plastic bag. Seal the bag. Use your fingers to mix ingredients and coat the chicken. Allow the chicken and marinade for at least 2 hours.

Season the chicken: Remove the marinade from the chicken and place it on a large platter. In a small dish, combine the salt, peppers, garlic powder, paprika and celery salt. Sprinkle the seasoning on both sides of chicken.

Grill the Chicken. Cook the tenders 3 minutes per side on the barbecue

How long does chicken take to grill?

The time it takes to grill chicken tenders depends on how hot your grill heats up. I cook mine for about 3 minutes each side, so it takes me 6 to 7 mins. It's possible to vary this time. However, if you do decide to slice the tender and still find it too pink, be confident in your judgment and cook it for longer.

What is the Internal Tilt for Doing?

Checking the internal temperature is the best way to tell if your chicken has cooked. It should be at least 160 degrees Fahrenheit inside before you take it off of the grill. You can test the tenders by using a meat thermometer.
