Grilled Chicken Tips: Tips for Success

That! You're now officially a chicken tenders specialist, according to my humble opinion!

Even experts may benefit from a few pointers every so often. Here are some tips of mine:


Let the Tenders Soak in The Marinade: Give the chicken time for the flavors to meld. Two hours is fine, but an overnight soak is even better. You should not allow the meat to soak for longer than that because the pickle juice's acid can change the texture.

Don't overcrowd your Grates. The chicken needs to be able to cook through. Too close proximity can result in the tenders not cooking evenly.

Get the Grill ready to go. Tenders will also be charred beautifully if you use a fully-heated barbecue.

When it's cold: Sometimes, the cravings for chicken tenders can strike even in winter. I can still cook the tenders on the stovetop, even though I cannot use a grill. Although it's not the same as grilling them for delicious results, it can be done.

Fries: Fried fries are the perfect side dish to chicken tenders. But really, any potato-based food is good. I highly recommend making some mashed potatoes for those who have the time. A potato salad is also an option.

Pasta: This can be made with just a plain bowl of butter pasta, or you could make it with your favorite creamy spaghetti salad recipe. Rice of any kind is good with chicken tenders.

Vegetables A big green, fresh salad is always good.


How to store leftovers and make them delicious again

Keep leftover grilled chicken tenders for up three days in an airtight plastic container in the frige. To heat them again, either warm them in the oven or cook them over low heat on a stovetop.


Can I Freeze Extras?

Yes. Restricted chicken can be frozen in an oven-safe container for 2 to 3 months. To reheat and eat leftover chicken, you should let it cool in the fridge overnight.
